Callander Golf Course All the following activities are within easy reach of Leny Estate. Fishing. Superb salmon and sea trout fishing can be enjoyed in addition to rainbow trout and other sporting fish in the many rivers and lochs nearby. Expert tuition for casting, appropriate clothing and an intimate knowledge of the best places to fish are all available close to Leny Estate. Cycling. Cycle hire is available by the hour and there are many safe cycle tracks to explore. Walking. Walk the glens and hills safely, numerous walks starting right at your door. Canoeing. Canoe or kayak hire is available, try the white water of the Leny river or receive expert tuition in canoeing. Water sports. Lochearnhead, the water sport centre in this area is just 25 minutes away. Loch Ard sailing and wind surfing is nearby. Golf. Callander golf club is close, just a quick word with the club the day before, 18 hole course and club house for refreshments. Mountain climbing. For the active visitor there are many mountains in the immediate area. The energetic may enjoy ascents of peaks such as Ben Ledi, Ben Venue and Stuc a Chroin. McLaren Community Leisure Centre. This facility offers a 20m swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, sunbeds, full sized games hall, squash courts, climbing wall, fitness suite, cafeteria and floodlit all weather tennis courts.
