Self Catering Introduction

A tranquil self catering holiday in a spruce lodge (log cabin), a charming cottage or the Scottish Self catering Castle Suite in Leny House North Wing amidst peaceful parkland. Share your days with gentle deer, scampering squirrels, secretive badgers, soaring buzzards and hawks in the wild, private Leny glen. Stroll in the gardens, explore the glen, relax by the sparkling burn, doze to the tinkle of the alpine bells of Angora goats. Please note that because of the rural setting we cannot accommodate dogs at Leny Estate.

No wonder we are the only self catering accommodation to have been awarded the highest possible accolade of 5 Stars by the Scottish Tourist Board and recommended by a television travel programme. No wonder we have won the Antartex "Best self catering award. The lodges have also been recommended by the independent and impartial "Which?" magazine and many of our guests return year after year.

All linen, bedding and towels are provided free including kitchen and hand towels. We can supply a cot and high chair no extra cost, but please bring your own cot linen.

If you want to avoid cooking on your first night we can book dinner for you at a local restaurant

The oldest part of the house - the original castle - has undergone extensive restoration and incorporates recently discovered features dating from the 16^th century Scottish castle. We are now able to offer non-family self catering accommodation of the highest standard. Please check with us if you are interested.

Leny House - the North Wing Suite

Five Star selfcatering apartment accommodation. Prices range from £975 per week to £1305 for up to 4 adults.

Cottages

Four Star selfcatering accommodation. Prices range from £560 per week in the winter to £880 in the summer for up to 4 people for the whole cottage. A further 2 people can be accommodated on the put-u-up in the sitting room, the extra charge is £50 for each extra person per week.

Short Break Special Offers

During the period between November and April, excepting Christmas and Hogmanay weeks, there are always offers available for the self catering accommodation. Check with us for current bargains.
