Both cottages incorporate a double bedroom with king-size bed , Garden Cottage having a full en-suite shower room and Orchard Cottage having a shower and wash hand basin located in the room itself.

Each cottage also has a comfortable twin bedroom with single beds and plenty storage.

Both have family bathrooms with baths, Garden Cottage also having a separate shower cubicle. Orchard Cottage offers a downstairs shower room and WC.

The dining room in Garden Cottage incorporates a large solid wood table with seating for six and additional flat screen TV.

The dining area in Orchard Cottage is a beautiful sunroom overlooking the Glen with large solid wood table, dresser and additional seating.

Both cottages have South facing patio areas with seating, barbeque facilities and superb views. There is a shared garden with a small burn at the bottom.

We stayed in the Buchanan Lodge, and it was just what we needed. After many days of full Scottish B&B breakfasts and pub dinners, we were eager to prepare our own food in a well equipped kitchen. The cabin was spacious and very comfortable. The interior was kept up and clean. Wifi was hit or miss, but the point was to be on vacation, so it wasn’t a big deal. Driving up the drive past the sheep and the main house added to the charm of the experience. The town of Callendar is just up the road.
